This site

This site does not use cookies, has no forms and uses no third-party advertising or tracking tools.

Like every server, ours records each visit: IP address, date and time, the page and the browser. We keep these records for at least 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014, art. 15), and use them only for security and to keep the site running (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

When you talk to us

The demo buttons open WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy. We use your name, phone number and what you write to reply, show you ComGo and prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract, art. 7, V). We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for that negotiation or for the contract.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, Google Maps and the stores' own sites lead to services with their own rules. What happens there is not up to us.

Stores shown on this site

A client store's name, story, photos and testimonials only appear with that store's permission, and the store can ask to remove them at any time.

Data in stores that use ComGo

When you buy at a store that uses ComGo, the store is the controller of your data and Lassatec is the processor: it handles the data only on the store's behalf and instructions. Each store has a separate database and its own privacy policy, at the store's address followed by /privacidade (for example, yourstore.comgo.com.br/privacidade).

For client businesses, Lassatec handles the contract data: name, CNPJ, contacts, system users and service usage, to provide the service and bill for it (performance of a contract).

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can ask for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share with, and to withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
